The only shoes my sister wears in Thailand are flip-flops. Although, she's training for a half marathon (like me!) and probably doesn't run in flops. Just a guess. She's doing well and thanks to everyone who asks about her and keeps up with her blog. This is a photo of her in the back of the little red trucks they use for taxis.
