Ok, yes, I've used that title for a post before. But this time, it's REALLY appropriate. Where we live is COATED in ice. We lost power sometime last night and ended up coming in to work to warm up...ok, and to do some work too. We are now preparing to head back home and will try to make a restaurant stop before settling in for a long, chilly evening. Brrrrr.
PS The cats are so adorable and adaptable. They were just lounging around the house this morning while we were huddling under the covers. Eventually, Little Bud did crawl under the covers with me and curl up. It was better than an electric blanket or hot water bottle.

mardy maybelle has gone into heat (she's not yet 6 months old)... it's kind of funny and pitiful at the same time. wish Bud or Clovis or even RT could help her out.

Anyway, so happy that the ball is rolling on your adoption paperwork. I love keeping up with your blog and also Misty's blog. Before you know it both of you ladies will be MOMMIES!!!! :)
