not sure about the hat... the only people i've actually seen wearing those hats are 1) Steve Belote in 1985 2) men over the age of 70 3) gay men (not that there's anything wrong with that).
i do like the outfit... it would look better with the rasta hat! :)
You do realize of course that the Rasta Hat is the cap Melissa made for Brad. It's too small for his head however so Zeke is enjoying it!
